DAY BY DAY

Day 1: welcome to Marocco!
Flights to/from your departure destination are not included in the package, so you can decide which airport to depart from, at what time, and with which airline you prefer. This is to give you maximum freedom of choice. Upon arrival at Agadir airport, there will be a private transfer for you which will bring you to the Monza Surfhouse in Tamraght (about 15 minutes by car) where we will be staying for the next 7 nights. So even if you arrive late at night, no worries, our driver will be ready to pick you up at the airport!
Day 2: energizing our body and souls
We start the day with our getting to know each other and with ur first morning yoga class on our terrace overlooking the sea, accompanied by the morning breeze. Breakfast and off to our first surf session with our instructor on the Moroccan waves! After we will enjoy our well-deserved lunch on the beach and we can take some time to surf again or just relax on the beach. Once back in the surf house we will have our firs Heart opening ceremony & a Soft yoga session. Dinner and chill time to absorb the energies of this first day!

Day 3: Discovering Imsouane & Sandboarding
The day starts with a delicious breakfast at our Surf House, and then we move on to Imsouane. An hour-long transfer to Imsouane awaits us, a natural wonder with its immense bay and waves that are among the longest in the world. Here we will have our surfing lesson and lunch with fresh local fish or anything your body needs (lunch not inlcuded), fuel to our next activity: sandboarding on the Moroccan dunes! On our return, we will have a regenerative dinner, relax, and a meditative yoga Nidra session.

Day 4: Surf, yoga and fire sunset at Taghazout
We welcome our fourth day in Morocco with a morning yoga session and a nourishing breakfast session before hitting the waves for our surf. After our lunch on the beach, we’ll stay to have a meditative Breathwork and stretching. Free time before heading to the iconic Taghazout skatepark, a spot suspended between the ocean and the hills. Here, surrounded by music, laughter, and a laid-back vibe, we’ll take a moment to soak in the magic and the view together. Afterwards, we’ll explore the charming fishing village of Taghazout, full of little shops, cafés, and bars. We’ll stay in this lively seaside town for dinner at a local restaurant (dinner not included) and follow the vibe of the night between music, bars, and good energy!
Day 5: yoga and nature in Paradise Valley!
We awaken our bodies and souls with morning yoga on our terrace and after breakfast, we head to Paradise Valley, a natural oasis where you can connect with nature, a real gem nestled in the Tamraght river valley, surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Moroccan High Atlas. This valley is renowned for its extraordinary natural beauty, enriched by diverse wildlife, palm trees, rivers, and natural pools. Wear comfortable shoes and a bikini. We will also visit the Argan Cooperative and have our lunch in nature (lunch not included). Once back we can have some free time to spend how we prefer, you can even choose to get a massage, do the Hamman ritual or horse riding on the beach. Dinner and chill!

Day 6: grounding, surf & sound healing
Day 6 brings together movement, nature, and stillness. A mindful yoga practice opens the day, followed by surfing—an opportunity to embody presence, trust, and flow in the ocean. As night falls, a sound healing immersion guides you into a meditative state, helping you integrate the physical and emotional layers of the retreat. This is a day of alignment, restoration, and deep connection.
Day 7: last full day together
We'll start our last day in Morocco with a morning yoga flow, to ground and energize before our final surf session and some shopping at the biggest market of Africa, El Had local souk, where colours, scents, and sounds fill the air. Before dinner we'll close this circle with a closing ceremony, a moment to reflect, connect, and celebrate together (don't forget your white outfit!). As the sun sets, we'll enjoy a barbecue dinner filled with good food, music, and laughter. And if the night calls for it, we might head out to Taghazout for one last evening of good vibes by the ocean.

Day 8: bye bye Marocco!
Bye Bye Morocco!
The last day has arrived and you can leave at any timeyou prefer. For those who are staying, we will have one last morning yoga lesson before checking out of our now familiar rooms. If your flights are in the evening, we can continue to enjoy a well-deserved day of relaxation or visit the city of Agadir before your flight.

WHO WILL YOU BE TRAVELING WITH
CARMELA GAETANO
Certified Yoga Teacher and Travel Coordinator
Hi, I'm Carmela, a certified Yoga Teacher (200 hours Yoga Alliance) and Travel Coordinator.
My journey as a travel coordinator began two years ago. I have taken over 70 people around the world and have also enjoyed the beauty of travelling solo through the warm countries of Southeast Asia. It was there, on the tropical island of Bali, surrounded by nature and spirituality, that I became a certified yoga teacher.
I am passionate about conscious movement and inner growth. In my classes, I combine fluidity and grounding, accompanying students on a journey that intertwines breath, strength, and balance.
I like to create spaces where each person can authentically explore their practice, respecting their own pace and listening to their body's signals, promoting physical well-being and mental calm.
Through dynamic and creative sequences, I invite you to embrace the practice on the mat as an experience that is also reflected in your daily life.
